– to assist the Executive Director and CEO in managing their respective calendars and schedules;
– to make phone calls to potential clientele and arrange for meetings with the Executive Director to enhance professional relationship building;
– attend incoming calls and responses and manage them to be further communicated to relevant officials;
– make phone calls to potential buyers and take offers whenever asked for properties in our own inventory;
– ensure professional execution of day to day administrative matters;
– manage office petty cash account and supervise janitorial staff and make other arrangements as per requirement to ensure implementation of office timings and decorum;
– should be presentable and have ability to speak, write and understand basic English skills (bilingual communication);
– ensure timely reminders to the Executive Director and CEO for their scheduled meetings;
– Any other task as assigned by the Executive Director and CEO;
Skills
