Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales teamin the building materials industry with a specific focus on concrete products. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration.
- Lead, mentor and motivates the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, town planners, contractor and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments such as production, product development, and execution to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelors Preferably MBA in Sales, marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in building materials industry, preferably with concrete products.
- In-depth knowledge of the building materials industry and concrete products, familiarity with market trends and customer preferences.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and manage sales activities.
