Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ and clients’ health needs and diet over the phone
- Counsel patients on nutrition issues and healthy eating habits over the phone
- Develop meal plans, taking both cost and clients’ preferences into account
- Evaluate the effects of meal plans and change the plans as needed
- Write reports to document patient progress
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s in Food & Nutrition or above
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Keen interest in the impact of diet on health
- Patient-centric attitude
