Job Overview:
Provide medical or treatment information to patients and other customers in a way that avoids giving treatment, medical or personal advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound calls of the patients/their relative and health care providers along with dialing the provided leads for follow up on a regular basis
- Make adherence calls to patients according to approved scripts provided
- Providing Virtual Medical Education to patients and caregivers based on guidelines
- Work with Pharmacovigilance, Ensure all the parameters according to the clients are met.
- Provide medical or treatment information to patients and other customers in a way that avoids giving treatment, medical or personal advice
- Coordinate with different branches of distributors all the Pakistan (e-mail/telephonically) to fulfill requests of patients.
