The Bank of Khyber is seeking applications from highly skilled and experienced
candidates for the captioned position of Manager SWIFT at Karachi.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To check and Authorize all outward swift related messages( received from
- Branches for further transmission to Correspondent Bank) especially in;
- Documentary Credit, Authorization to Reimburse, Amendment in Documentary Credit, Advice of Refusal, Foreign Currency Account, SWIFT Operation.
- To perform a role as a Foreign Trade Expert and provide guidelines / advice
- to foreign exchange officers in the areas of Import, Export, and Customer Remittances (inward and outward) etc.
- To receive & sort Daily SWIFT Incoming Messages from system and upkeep record of all messages received from Branches through ITD email for Audit Trail.
- To perform verification of Test Numbers applied, ensure genuineness of the
- messages and perform its authorization prior transmission through SWIFT.
- To communicate transmitted copies and resolve queries received from relevant stake holders with respect to SWIFT Messages.
- To Liaison with Branches and provide proper guidelines regarding SWIFT
- Formats.
- To prepare “Quarterly Cash Transfer statement" for Finance Division and
- report of "Statistical data related to inward and outward Messages"
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Minimum education required is graduation with preferences for MBA, MA Economics, BBA(Hons) or any other equivalent degree from an HEC recognized University.
- 5 years of commercial Banking experience.
- Age up to 36 years relaxable in deserving cases.
TERM OF SERVICES:
- Excellent computer skills are desirable.
- Market based salary commensurate with experience and qualification will be
- offered to the right person.
