Job Description:
Answer inbound calls from prospective customers based in US
Assist customers in acquiring internet, television, phone, and home security systems separately or in package deals.
Ensure all quality perimeters are met on every phone call.
Attend all required training and keep up to date on product and services knowledge.
Job Specification:
Metric/ O-A Level / Intermediate or above
Exceptional English communication skills, leading to customer satisfaction and subsequently high conversion percentage.
Self-motivated.
Must possess excellent work ethics and flawless dependability.
