Email Chat Support Executive-International

Job Overview:Responsible for acting as a liaison between our customer and the respective client. Provides assistance via Chat and/or Email to the customers with their questions, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other query. Escalate to relevant team internally and/or externally.

Job Description:

  • Prompt chat and email response to customers
  • Document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
  • Develop customer service solutions
  • Maintain service level
