Job Overview: Responsible for acting as a liaison between our customer and the respective client. Provides assistance via Chat and/or Email to the customers with their questions, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and any other query. Escalate to relevant team internally and/or externally.

Job Shift: Morning & Evening, between 5am to 11pm
Job Description:
- Prompt chat and email response to customers
- Document each customer’s question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
- Develop customer service solutions
- Maintain service level
Job Specification:
- Intermediate or above
- Age limit: 18-45
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
