Job Summary:
30,000 PKR to 45,000 PKR, depending on English and accent efficiency.
Key Qualities:
- Fluent in English with a strong command of American English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Skilled in resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Flexible to work in U.S. time zones as required.
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
