Overview
Customer Experience Specialist within the Operations department will assist our U.S. based client’s customers with their queries/concerns and provide an accurate resolutions to customers as per the defined processes via call. We are looking for people with International Customer Service expertise but above that we are more interested in charisma, enthusiasm and professionalism. A sense of humor would be a plus point!
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to supply and evaluate information in response to product and/or service inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Collaborate with customers and establish relationships with them to improve service competitiveness.
- Provide quick feedback to costumers, as well as track and resolve any service-related issues.
- Assist in the development of customers
