I am a Well qualified Graduate Architect having not only hands-on experience in my own field but well versed in engineering fields like Civil works and MEP etc.
Mainly involved in management of construction and engineering supervision contracts of different Projects, Alongside, my responsibilities include monitoring the consultancy supervision contracts of the Engineers involved in supervising the technical and contractual details of the construction packages / projects varying from Infrastructure to building construction works. I have been assigned with key responsibilities for monitoring and managing the execution of works in context with the design requirements of various infrastructural and building construction jobs, effective implementation of MEC protocols, and to ensure that the Engineer is proficient enough to perform their job per Professional Services .
In addition, I have also been proactively engage in preparing the pre-qualification procedures for consultants and contractors, comprehensive reporting protocols as per M/S “MEINHARDT GROUP” standards of issuing cumulative CVI projects progress and monthly management reports, review and preparation of technical and commercial evaluations, recommendations for award of various infrastructure and building contracts, preparing necessary documentations.
Apart from the above I have worked over number of projects varied in nature and locations. I have Now presently serving in M/S “MEINHARDT” as Resident-Engineer (construction/ Fit-Out Works) /Project-Architect, “MEINHARDT” well-known multinational organization, here doing a challenging work like monitoring of all architectural/ interior-finishing/ structural as well as all MEP matters etc.
I am graduated ( B-ARCH.) architect, passed in 1975 from Karachi-University of 5 years architectural degree course, & have total practical experienced is 39 plus years, inclusive 28 years experienced is only as per site related matters like, project-management/site-execution/site quality assurance/site construction-monitoring/ site construction execution-management, including infrastructure, civil, structural, architectural-finishes & all MEP related matters co-ordination with consultants, contractors & clients to arrange meetings & take/resolve site related matters also to take decision as per follows drawings or verbal instructions, also to follow the “Procurement” dealt of constructions materials as per site requisitions, including experiences with these details:
