We have an opportunity for a Marketing Team Manager to join the prominent client/ company based in Lahore. You will work for USA territories and you should be very comfortable with working autonomously.

Duties You will do;

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns by employing a mix of creative tactics in conjunction with the sales and business development strategy, including multi-channel digital media programs, content marketing, search engine optimization, account or forums based marketing, social media marketing, social engine marketing, paid promotional advertisement and especially direct marketing (it’s all about online/ digital paradigm)
  • Collaborate and work closely with business stakeholders to translate business goals and objectives into sales & marketing plans, actionable integrated campaign strategies and audience-specific content marketing strategies that deliver engagement, leads, sales pipeline and revenue
  • Finding high visibility offshore and software development forums and working with developers to increase visibility on the forms & business avenues
  • Utilizing a range of techniques and presence over diverse avenues to generate leads (over SFDC, Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and many other mediums)
  • Produce/ modifying effective sales tools, marketing materials and campaign assets
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
  • Establish and manage alliances and relationships
  • Reporting of results, influences, rankings and strategies
  • Sales and marketing taskforce management
  • Managing marketing/ sales or business dev initiatives
  • Responsible for the overall corporate image of the company

Requirement Criteria;

  • At least Graduation with specialization of sales/ marketing discipline, Master degree a plus
  • Proven sales & marketing success ideally achieved within the IT industry
  • Experience at least 2.5 year in an international B2B environment (preferably for USA regions)
  • Adept with SEO, SEM, PPC, digital marketing, Google analytics, keyword research, email marketing, leads nurturing, and paid advertising techniques
  • Experience using a CRM tools
  • Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
