Freelance developers and designers required to build a team

For designers just write which tools you are good at and your best designs [if any]. In experienced developers/designers are most welcome.   Note for developers I am a passionate computer programmer and like to work on many different platforms. I have worked on many existing code bases and from that I have learnt that code written clean is much much better than unclean but well documented code. So I expect from you that whenever you write code it must be clean and understandable.   Payment terms This is not a salary based offer. Payment will be on project basis. Whenever you quote please quote moderately don't get too high but also don't get too low.   Communication From my 3+ years of experience I have learnt one major thing that communication is the key. Most of our communication will be on email but I am planning to build my own online system to communicate and a simple project management tool.
