You must be expert on user experience and visual design. Not only do you need to be able to create UI effects, as good as if you exported creatives from Photoshop, but you must be able to do it with code only.   We are looking for someone who knows the deep APIs of Android and can create amazing transitions and other graphical effects. Again, you must be able to do everything in code and you do not need to rely on a graphic designer.   You can do everything yourself but work well on a team. You are a programmer and UI expert both. You are great at troubleshooting problems that do not show in code error reports. You are excellent in your coding habits such as commenting your code and using function names and variable names that other developers can easily understand. You know how to integrate web based API's.
